Pricing

All prices displayed are exclusive of delivery charges.

We will do our utmost to keep the prices listed as stable as possible, but as the goods are imported, they are subject to market, currency, duty and fuel price fluctuation and are therefore subject to change.

Goods remain the property of Terra Rossa until paid for in full.

Security

We will not pass on your details to any third party organisations. Your details will be retained purely for internal processing.

Our online ordering system uses a secure encrypted server provided by Worldpay.

Delivery

There is no minimum order and orders above £50 have free carriage (valid for UK mainland addresses only).

Delivery is subject to stock availability and prices are based on size and weight.

Delivery Services Offered are as follows:

Best efforts will be made to pack and despatch orders the same day if placed before 12:00pm Monday to Thursday.
Order placed atfer 12:00pm will be dispatched the following working day.
Orders placed on Fridays will be processed on the following Monday in order to prevent goods sitting in warm wwarhouses over the weekend.

We despatch the goods by courier and cannot be held responsible for late delivery.

Returns

Goods are non-returnable. Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery of damaged goods. Credit will only be given for damaged goods that are returned to us and any goods returned that are opened will be charged for.
