Mezze Dips

Four freshly made dips, Baba Ganoush with Aubergine and Tomato Relish, Houmous with Dukka Harissa, Lebny with Zaatar Sauce and Muhammara with Olive and Tomato Relish.

Baba Ganoush is a traditional Arabic dip made with aubergine and tahini paste and topped with our marvellous Aubergine and Tomato Relish.

Freshly made houmous topped with Dukka Harissa to add a subtle fiery flavour. For those who like it really hot why not add some of our Chilli Infused Olive Oil.

Strained yoghurt with our popular Zaatar and Pine Nut Sauce. A refreshing cool summer dip.

Muhammara, which means ‘to make red’ in Arabic is a delicious combination of roasted sweet red peppers, tahini sesame paste, garlic, crunchy walnuts, delicately balanced with the sweet and sour notes of pomegranate molasses and Baharat 13-spice mix.
