Muhammara, which means ‘to make red’ in Arabic is a delicious combination of roasted sweet red peppers, tahini sesame paste, garlic, crunchy walnuts, delicately balanced with the sweet and sour notes of pomegranate molasses and Baharat 13-spice mix.
