Lebny Strained Yoghurt Balls
It's great simply enjoyed on toast or Nan bread especially when combined with a sprinkle of Palestinian Zaatar thyme mix or Sumac citrus berry and a drizzle of olive oil. It's equally nice tossed into salads or as an accompaniment to a meat dish. It's also delicious eaten with a sweet/sour syrup such pomegranate molasses, date molasses or honey.
