Olive & Tomato Relish with Sweet Red Peppers

Made from abundant ripe Middle Eastern olives and Terra Rossa’s award-winning Passata, this outstanding new recipe is created with fresh tomatoes, garlic, shallots infused with Terra Rossa’s own Palestinian Zaatar – with fragrant thyme, zesty sumac and the nutty texture of sesame seeds.
