Sauces and Spreads
The Terra Rossa range of sauces are ready to eat, and can be used as dips or stir through pasta sauces. They are versatile enough to also use as marinades and in slow cooked meals. Each one is packed with Arabian flavours and fresh ingredients and olive oil is the only preservative used. Unlike many sauces, they will last for up to 2 weeks.
These versatile sauces simply transform the taste of anything they touch. They are ready to eat straight from the jar with fresh bread or crudité, as a stir-through or marinade, as toppings fors any fresh dip and shared with freinds as part of a Mezze.
