Award-Winning Lemon Infused Olive Oil

Arabian food specialty company Terra Rossa celebrates scooping yet another Great Taste Award - its 75th in 19 years - for its exquisite Lemon Infused Oilive Oil. Organised by the Guild of Fine Food and judged by a panel of over 500 food experts, this is what the judges said 'A beautifully judged, light EVOO with zesty citrus notes and a balanced palate - lightly fruited, very gently bitter and with a warming touch of pepper on the finish. This would work well with the most delicate of fish, and feels perfectly suited for baking. A gentle citrus zestiness persists on the finish - really well judged at every level.

Made by infusing Jordanian lemons and 1st cold pressed Evoo. Fantastic with fish, chicken and drizzled over salads and rice. Sweet enough for baking bread to cakes and crepe suzettes. Brush it on during cooking for that incredible flavour.

• We loved the subtle citric notes on the nose and the pale colour of this oil, giving hints of lemon. We would have liked more grassy notes. Whilst the lemon was evident we would have liked a longer mouth feel. We enjoyed the peppery finish but would like more lemon to shine through.
• This light and aromatic oil has a bright citrus nose that translates well onto the palate. We enjoyed the clean mouthfeel and the mild olive oil flavour which supported the lemon beautifully.
