250ml Orange Blossom Water, 250ml Rose Water and 250ml Pomegranate Molasses.

Rose and Orange Blossom waters are as commonplace as salt and pepper in the Arabian kitchen. Both are used in desserts and sweets ranging from rice pudding to Baklawa and is fabulous added to Soda or Tonic waters for a refreshing summer’s drink with a sprig of fresh mint and ice.

Pomegranate Molasses is the Middle Eastern equivalent to Balsamic vinegar.  Used in everyday cooking from stews and tagines to the essential salad dressing combined with olive oil, lemon juice and garlic. It is equally good used in sweets and fabulous drizzled over ice cream.
